Characteristics:
Alnico II produces warm and very vintage sounding tones. In the order of magnetic strength, Alnico II is actually in the middle when compared to Alnico III and Alnico V rod magnets. Alnico II rod magnets were used in the earliest Telecaster guitars of the 1950's.
