This kit includes 3 complete Vintage Stratocaster® Style Two-Tone Pickup Bobbins including all hardware and covers. All bobbins are pre-assembled and ready for winding. (Magnet wire is NOT included in this kit, and must be purchased separately)
These totally customizable pickup bobbins come with either black, grey or red bottom flatwork and white or red top flatwork (Fullerton Style). You can order these bobbins with flat or beveled top polepiece magnets.
Each vintage style bobbin includes:

Vintage correct vulcanized fiber work (black, grey or red bottom flatwork 0.093",white or red top flatwork 0.062")

Eyelets made specifically for soldering (eyelet lip is on bottom side only providing smooth, snag-free winding)

0.187" Alnico V vintage staggered sand cast polepiece magnets with flat, vintage or modern bevel top

Pickup height tension (your choice of conical spring or rubber tubing)

Holes for pickup tension screws come pre-tapped to accept a standard 6-32 thread

- Polepiece Aging Give your pickups that real vintage vibe and add polepiece aging. note: magnet aging is strictly cosmetic, no heating or other methods are used.
